Delete your account

Use this page to permanently delete your Lakshay Institute account without installing the app. Confirm with the password you sign in with.

This cannot be undone. Deleting removes:

your profile, email address, mobile number and photo;
every course you are enrolled in, including courses you have paid for;
your lesson progress, mock test attempts and performance results;
your support tickets, saved devices and sign-in sessions.

Confirm it is you

Forgotten your password? You can reset it in the app first, then come back here. If you cannot sign in at all, email support@thelakshayinstitute.in from your registered address and ask us to delete the account.

You can also do this inside the app, under Profile → Edit profile → Delete my account.
